At the opening, Group President Ruan Chunxing delivered the welcome address. She welcomed the attending competent authorities, industry associations, and enterprise representatives from various cities. Based on this exchange, she called for strengthened industry linkage among Guangzhou, Foshan, Shenzhen, and Zhongshan to promote the standardized and orderly development of the scrapped motor vehicle recycling industry across the province.
Subsequently, the President, Secretary-General, and Deputy Secretary-General of the Guangdong Materials Circulation Association respectively shared analyses on industry status, compliant power battery recycling, regional operational differences, and industry development pathways.
Qi Jianwei, General Manager of the Recycling Division, proposed development suggestions based on the actual conditions of the provincial industry. He also noted that after the roundtable, the company would leverage its operational resources to establish regular communication with provincial peers and competent authorities, supporting the advancement of standardized operations in local scrapped motor vehicle recycling.
