On February 6, 2026, the Group held its 25th Anniversary Celebration and 2025 Annual Awards Ceremony at the Jinzuan Hotel. This event was not only an occasion to review the past and honor excellence but also a rallying call to unite forces, bridge the past with the future, and embark on a new journey.

Mr. He Xitian, Chairman of the Group, delivered a speech. He first reviewed the Group’s 25-year development journey and summarized the achievements of the past year. Looking ahead, Chairman He noted that the Group is standing in a rapidly changing new era and is about to embark on a new journey guided by its “Three-Year Plan.” Standing at this new historical starting point, and facing a complex and uncertain market environment, we must maintain a clear strategic positioning and align closely with national development goals. We must keep pace with the times, forge ahead with determination, and adhere to a steady, pragmatic, and meticulous working style. Centering on operating quality and efficiency, we will continue to focus on improving the quality, efficiency, and transformation of our traditional core businesses, while actively exploring new markets and sectors to further drive the company toward innovation and excellence. Finally, as the Year of the Horse approaches, Chairman He extended early Chinese New Year greetings and best wishes to everyone on behalf of the Group.

Group President Ruan Chunxing read out the 2025 commendation document and extended heartfelt congratulations to the winning units and individuals. The Recycling Division and the Group Finance Department were named Outstanding Units. Yang Kaixiang was awarded Outstanding Manager, and Liang Jianpeng was named Outstanding Executive. The Used Car Division’s Import and Export Business Team won the Annual Best Innovation Award, and the Recycling Division’s management team won the Annual Best Market Expansion Award. A total of 33 employees, including Li Shuyi, were named Outstanding Employees. Gan Wei, the new media teams of the Recycling Division, Investment Division, and Pawnbroking Division, as well as Wen Yixiang, were awarded Outstanding New Media Creators. The Group Office and the Recycling Division were honored as Outstanding Organizing Units for Materials Culture (the corporate newsletter). Luo Junqian and Li Jingya were named Outstanding Correspondents for Materials Culture, and the works of 16 employees, including Wen Xijin, were rated as Excellent Articles. Yang Jun, Guan Jinqing, and Lun Yanqun received the Constructive Suggestions Award. Group leaders presented awards to the winning units, teams, and individuals. Finally, award recipient representative Gan Wei took the stage to share his acceptance speech. Combining his experience with the Used Car Import and Export Business Team over the past year, he shared insights and reflections on growth. He stated that he would cherish the honor, redouble his efforts, and leverage the power of role models to drive mutual progress among colleagues and contribute more to the Group’s development.

Following the award segment, top Group leaders went on stage for a toast, and the dinner officially began. Blessings from the “God of Wealth” and exciting lucky draws were interspersed throughout the evening, adding a rich festive atmosphere.
