To further strengthen occupational health and safety awareness, standardize occupational health protection operations, effectively prevent and mitigate occupational health risks, and safeguard the physical health and safety of all employees, on May 27, 2026, the Chemical and Construction Division participated in an occupational health work deployment and specialized training organized by the Nanqu Subdistrict.

The training content was closely aligned with actual enterprise production operations, with strong relevance and practicality. The training systematically covered relevant laws and regulations including the “Law on the Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases,” and provided detailed education on common occupational hazard factors, occupational disease identification and prevention, workplace safety protection standards, and emergency response procedures. A new module on occupational mental health counseling was also added, providing detailed explanations on workplace stress management, emotional regulation, and other mental health topics, helping employees scientifically manage work-related stress and maintain a positive psychological state. The training also incorporated cautionary education based on typical occupational health incident cases, further consolidating the occupational health and safety foundation for all employees.

Our company has always attached great importance to employee occupational health, strictly fulfilling primary responsibilities, and treating occupational health examinations as a routine, standardized, and continuously advancing effort. We customize examination items based on the characteristics of special-position workers during pre-employment, on-the-job, and post-employment stages, enabling early detection and early intervention for health risks. We also continuously improve protective facilities, optimize work environments, equip professional protective equipment, and conduct regular education and training, building a comprehensive occupational health protection system to safeguard employees’ physical health and maintain stable safety in production operations.
