Exchange current development status and jointly strategize for industry future Guangdong Provincial Materials Circulation Association Visits Renewable Company for Work Guidance
On the afternoon of December 9, 2025, a delegation from Guangdong Provincial Materials Circulation Association visited Regeneration Company. The delegation was accompanied by Zheng Shengchang, Vice President of the Group, Qi Jianwei, General Manager of Regeneration Company, and Huang Jiajie, Assistant General Manager, for in-depth discussions focusing on key issues in the end-of-life vehicle industry.
The discussion centered on four key themes: first, updates on end-of-life vehicle recycling policies; second, industry development trends through 2025; third, strategies to address corporate market challenges; and fourth, governance of non-compliant practices within the sector. Vice President Zheng Shengchang emphasized the need for industry associations to spearhead standardized implementation of end-of-life electric bicycle regulations and strengthen industry standardization. General Manager Qi Jianwei directly identified critical industry pain points—including unauthorized vehicle collection by intermediaries disrupting market order and illegal dismantling activities polluting the environment—proposing enhanced regulatory frameworks for intermediaries and intensified crackdowns on illegal dismantling sites to safeguard fair competition for legitimate enterprises. Assistant General Manager Huang Jiajie also sought industry expertise on vehicle dismantling equipment upgrades, particularly focusing on technical approaches and implementation experiences for “oil-to-electric” conversion systems, aiming to build technical capabilities for improving dismantling efficiency.
The Guangdong Provincial Materials Circulation Association expressed approval for the standardized operations of the recycling company and endorsed the positive role played by the company’s self-produced short videos in legal education promotion, policy interpretation, and industry advocacy. Both parties shared optimistic expectations for the industry’s prospects and unanimously agreed to strengthen collaboration, build consensus, and jointly contribute to the healthy and orderly development of the industry.
