The training invited a professional instructional team from Shenzhen Guangyi Jade Jewelry Culture Consulting Co., Ltd. to deliver systematic lessons. Leveraging strong theoretical foundations and extensive practical experience, the trainers provided comprehensive instruction for employees of Hengyuan and collaborating institutions. The curriculum focused on core business needs, covering authenticity identification, quality evaluation, and value assessment. Through hands-on practice and real jadeite samples, participants gained a clear understanding of differences across quality grades and developed essential skills in authenticity checks, quality judgment, and basic valuation.
