    Our group was established in 1958 named as Zhongshan Materials Bureau. Guided by the national reform and opening policy, the group took the system reform, changed from a state-owned enterprise into a Civilian-run Enterprise. For the past years, based on the enterprise spirit "Comity, factualism, exploitation and innovation", and sticking to the principle of "Credit Standing is the First, Customers Come First, Service Strengthen the Enterprise, Business is Guided by Laws ", our Group has gained the below great progress: The business has been expanded, economic efficiency has been improved, and all economic standards has been upgraded. The enterprise modern technology management level has  improved, thus the group and its 12 subordinate companies passed the ISO9001: 2000 quality management system Certification, and set up the enterprise management information system. The logistics vehicles have been equipped with GPS system, and the warehouses have been secured with the electronic monitor system. For the working environment, it has optimized the facilities, bettered the greens, upgraded the office conditions, and improved the conditions of the canteens and dormitories for workers. Also, the staff quality and the team spirit have been improved, and there comes out a large number of excellent managers and staff. With years of development, it has changed into a fresh look for the whole enterprise management and upgraded the service level, with innovation projects increased, service net continuously extended and general strength constantly enforced, and at last it does good to the costumers and users. With the all-rounded logistics and trades, and a new structure of the domestic and foreign trade, Zhongshan City is always listed top in the provincial and national industry. Thus, it has been honored with the title "Implementing the Contract, and Credit Standing" by the municipal government for the successive 15 years, the provincial government for the successive 10 years and awarded with the same national title last year.

    Zhongshan Materials Group Co., Ltd. is a civilian-run enterprise dealing with various businesses, which is mainly engaged in commerce. It is an executive member of China Association of Resources Logistics association and the provincial and municipal industry associations. Under the Group, there are 22 sole proprietorships and 3 holding companies, and the business covers ferrous and non-ferrous metal materials production, chemistry, building materials production, civil blasting and highly toxic substances production, machinery manufacture, automobiles and second-hand vehicles transaction, property evaluation and auction. It also deals with resource imports and exports, old metals recycling, warehouse storage, transportation and logistics. In the year 2005, the Group's sales income reached RMB3.3billion. With the good quality assets, the Group has been praised as high-quality customer and golden customer by banks. Thanks to the good credit standing, it has been honored with the title "Implementing the Contract, and Credit Standing" by the municipal government for the successive 15 years, the provincial government for the successive 10 years and awarded with the same national title last year. Because of the advanced and complete regulations of management, the Group and its 12 subordinate companies have obtained the ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System Certificate.

    Our Group pursues the principle that sincerity develops the enterprise and cooperation performs a win-win result. Expanding our business scale, we have established fine partnerships with the companies and customers home and abroad. It has been designated as the franchiser of Dupont (USA), Degussa (Germany), Asahi Kasei (Japan), SPC (South Korea) which mainly deal in cyanide products, and became the supplier for other materials. Furthermore, it has been granted as the franchiser by large steel factories, like Shousteel, Ansteel, Bensteel, Masteel, Pzhsteel, Baosteel, Hansteel, Liusteel, Guangsteel, and Esteel. It is the agent for the famous automobile manufacturers, such as Zhenzhou Nissan, Hafei, YiqiHongta, and Jianghuai automobile. Meanwhile, we have established our agent relationships with some non-ferrous metals manufacturers, like Maoming Petrochemical Plastics products, Qingtongxia Aluminum Facotory, Zhongning Aluminum Factory, Shao Metals, Yunnan Yongchang and Guizhou Jinwei. We have extended the channels for vast resources and connected it to the terminal customers.

    Our facilities are perfected and become a great support for the future development of the group. At present, the transaction center and offices cover 148 thousand square meters, and the warehouse covers 24 thousand square meters.

    The Group is equipped with a diligent, innovative, educated, skilled and talented team, where the staffs aged averagely 30.5 years old, and the ones with at college degree or professional titles account for 60% of the total.
